About
Mission
Return exists to help shape a values-based community that transcends the traditional geographic borders, races, socio-economic status and religions that formerly separated us.
Together, we define, create, and make tangible this identity for millions.
Return hosts gatherings, promotes knowledge, and unites a global community.
Vision
We envision a world where people come together across boarders to create systemic change. A world where people are stewards of the planet, its resources, cultures and all life forms. Where everyone has access to resources, freedom to express themselves and a bountiful life experience for future generations.
A cross disciplinary group of visionaries will help organize a shift in culture, a movement of souls, to create an organization that has the ability to implement global scale solutions for society’s most pressing issues.
Founder: Zach Bell
Zach founded Return in 2008 to re-imagine a new society of more meaningful connection, trust, shared identity and global community. For the past twelve years, Zach has curated intimate gatherings, developed and researched content with topics focused at the intersection of various cultural movements. A voracious reader and writer, Zach has delusions of being a writer that resembles some twisted mix of Jack Kerouac, Tom Robbins, Allan Watts and Instagram.
Zach is currently the Founder & CEO of MyPlace, a platform to share your home with your friends. Zach has built and scaled several disruptive technology companies, and has been building online and offline communities for over 15 years including HABITAS, Burning Man, and The Esalen Institute.
Community
It is time to bring together our community. Minnesota to Uganda, San Francisco to Quito, New York to Berlin, Mexico City and Barcelona. We are everywhere. And here we are. Together. You might already be a member…
Return community membership is application based, values driven and free to join. Members enjoy access to participate in URL and IRL gatherings, a directory, discussions, courses, content, and library.
